Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 24, 2025
Introduction
Adtouch Labs ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered phone and messaging services that help tour, activity, and attraction businesses and other merchants manage customer calls and inquiries (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when:
- A business signs up to use our Service; or
- A consumer calls or interacts with a phone number connected to our Service.
By using or accessing the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information from businesses that subscribe to the Service and from consumers who interact with the business through our AI system.
Information Provided by Businesses
- Account Setup: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, billing information, and business details such as product links or booking platform identifiers.
- Configuration: Information you provide to configure phone routing, call flows, messaging preferences, and delivery of leads or inquiries.
- Communications: Messages, emails, or other communications you send to our support team.
Information Collected from Callers (Consumers)
When a consumer calls or interacts with a number using our Service, we may collect:
- Caller Information: Caller's phone number (automatically collected), name (if provided), and any details they voluntarily share during the call (for example, booking request, number of guests, preferred date, email address).
- Call Processing Data:
- Audio is processed to create a transcript for the purpose of generating summaries, extracting key details, and evaluating sentiment.
- We use that transcript to produce structured lead information (for example, requested product, date, party size) and an AI-generated summary and sentiment classification.
- We do not retain full call transcripts after they have been processed for these purposes.
- Lead Data: We retain and deliver to the business: caller ID, any contact details provided, extracted booking or inquiry details, AI-generated summary, sentiment classification, and related metadata (for example, call time and duration).
Automatically Collected Information
When businesses access our dashboard or related tools, or when we operate the Service, we may collect:
- Usage Data: Interaction details such as call time, duration, frequency, interactive voice response (IVR) flow, and AI response performance.
- Device and Log Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and standard server logs.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Used for authentication, session management, analytics, and improving the Service.
Information from Third Parties
When a business connects third-party platforms or data sources, we may receive:
- Product and Availability Data: From integrated booking or reservation platforms, subject to those platforms' terms.
- Business Information from Partners: From referral partners, affiliates, or resellers who help introduce our Service.
The business is responsible for ensuring it has the right to share this data with us.

- Generate and deliver lead notifications via SMS, email, or other channels configured by the business
- Provide real-time availability or product information through connected APIs

- Send setup instructions, billing notices, alerts, and support updates
- Communicate about Plan changes, new features, or system status

We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use caller data to build unrelated advertising profiles.
For Legal, Safety, and Compliance
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

- Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests
How We Share Information
We may share information as described below:
With the Business You Contact
If you call or message a business using our Service, we share with that business: your phone number, any name or contact details you provide, your inquiry details, AI-generated summary and sentiment classification, and relevant metadata so they can follow up.
With Service Providers
We use vendors to operate the Service, including but not limited to:
- Twilio and other telephony/messaging providers (call and SMS delivery)
- Cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS
- Email providers such as SendGrid and Gmail
- Payment processors such as Stripe and Chase Paymentech
- Database, hosting, analytics, and logging providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics, and others
- AI computing providers such as OpenAI and Perplexity
These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us.
With Affiliates and Integration Partners
To support integrations with booking platforms like FareHarbor or other authorized partners when you choose to connect them.
In Business Transactions
If Adtouch Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
For Legal Reasons
- When required by law, court order, or legal process
- To protect the safety, rights, or property of our users, the public, or Adtouch Labs
With Consent
For other purposes when you clearly consent or instruct us to do so.
Messaging, Opt-In, and Opt-Out
- We use standard messaging functions provided by our telephony vendors (such as Twilio), including support for standard opt-out keywords (for example, "STOP") where applicable.
- When merchants sign up for our Service, they agree that we may send them operational SMS and email notifications related to their account and usage.
- Merchants can typically opt out by replying with a standard opt-out keyword (such as "STOP"), and we will process that request using our messaging provider's tools.
Role of Adtouch Labs vs Businesses
For most caller data, we act as a service provider / processor on behalf of the business:
- The business controls what data sources are connected to (for example, website content, documentation, booking systems).
- The business decides how to use the caller information and lead data we send them.
- We do not control the accuracy or completeness of information provided by callers or by the business.
- Businesses are responsible for complying with privacy and communications laws in their own jurisdictions.
Data Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Businesses (Merchants)
Account, billing, and configuration records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance, accounting, and support purposes.
Callers and Leads
- Call Transcripts and Audio: Audio and transcripts are retained only for the short period necessary to generate summaries, extract structured data, and produce sentiment analysis. After processing, transcripts and raw audio are not retained for ongoing storage.
- Lead and Metadata: We retain caller ID, contact details (if provided), and lead summaries, sentiment, and related metadata so we can deliver leads to the business, support reporting, and maintain system quality.
We may retain certain data longer where required by law or where reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Children's Policy
Our Service is intended for use by businesses and adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we will promptly delete it where feasible.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
