Adtouch Labs ("we," "us," or "our") provides a reservation operations automation service that helps businesses automate customer communications, operational workflows, and other business processes (the "Service").

- A business uses or subscribes to the Service;
- A consumer communicates with a business through the Service; or
- You otherwise interact with Adtouch Labs in connection with the Service.
The Service may process information provided by businesses, consumers, and authorized third-party systems to perform operational tasks, facilitate customer communications, and support the applications implemented by our customers.
By activating, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information from businesses that use the Service, from Customer-authorized third-party systems, from communications and operational workflows processed through the Service on Customer's behalf, and automatically through the operation of the Service.
Information Provided by Customers
Customers may provide information including:
- Business name, contact information, billing information, payment method, and other account information.
- Business configuration information, including communication preferences, operational workflows, business rules, routing instructions, and application settings.
- Business content, including websites, knowledge bases, documentation, pricing, policies, frequently asked questions, and other information used to configure and operate the Service.
- Communications with Adtouch Labs, including implementation discussions, support requests, and feedback.
Information Received from Customer-Authorized Systems
When authorized by Customer, the Service may access information from third-party systems, including reservation platforms, CRM systems, help desk platforms, waiver systems, payment systems, websites, messaging providers, and other connected business applications.
Depending on the applications implemented, this information may include reservation data, customer information, operational data, product information, availability, pricing, waiver status, task status, customer preferences, and other business information necessary to provide the Service.
Customer represents that it has the necessary rights and authority to authorize Adtouch Labs to access and process this information.
Information Processed Through the Service
When consumers communicate with a business using the Service, Adtouch Labs may process information on Customer's behalf, including:
- Contact information voluntarily provided by the consumer, such as name, telephone number, email address, or other identifying information.
- Reservation inquiries, customer requests, and other information shared during communications.
- Audio recordings, messages, transcripts, summaries, classifications, sentiment analysis, and other information generated in connection with providing the Service.
- Operational information, including communication timestamps, duration, workflow status, communication history, delivery status, and related metadata.
This information is processed solely to provide the applications and services implemented by Customer.
Information Automatically Collected
When the Service operates or when Customers interact with our systems, we may automatically collect information including:
- Service usage information.
- Device, browser, and log information.
- IP addresses and network information.
- Authentication and session information.
- Performance, diagnostic, security, and operational telemetry.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, analytics, and operation of the Service.
How We Use Information
We use information collected through the Service for the following purposes:
To Provide and Operate the Service
- Configure, operate, maintain, and support the applications implemented by Customer.
- Process Customer-authorized data to execute operational workflows, business processes, and customer communications.
- Monitor operational data, evaluate business rules, generate operational outputs, and track workflow completion.
- Communicate with consumers on Customer's behalf using the communication channels and applications configured by Customer.
- Integrate with Customer-authorized third-party systems and exchange information necessary to provide the Service.
To Support Customers
- Provide implementation assistance, technical support, training, and customer service.
- Send operational notices, billing communications, account information, and service-related updates.
- Respond to inquiries, support requests, and feedback.
To Improve the Service
- Monitor the performance, reliability, security, and availability of the Service.
- Diagnose operational issues and improve workflows, automation, applications, and system performance.
- Develop, test, and improve existing and future applications using aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not identify Customer or Customer's customers.
We do not sell Customer Data or use Customer Data to create unrelated advertising or marketing profiles.
For Security, Legal, and Compliance Purposes
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and lawful governmental requests.
How We Share Information
We do not sell Customer Data or personal information collected through the Service.
We may share information only as necessary to provide, operate, support, secure, and improve the Service, including in the following circumstances:
With Our Customers
When consumers communicate with a business using the Service, information processed through the Service may be shared with that business to enable customer service, reservation management, operational workflows, sales activities, and other applications implemented by the business.
With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers of communications, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, payment processing, hosting, analytics, security, monitoring, customer support, and other technology services.
These providers process information solely on our behalf and are contractually or otherwise obligated to use it only for providing services to Adtouch Labs.
With Customer-Authorized Systems
Where directed or authorized by Customer, we may exchange information with Customer-authorized third-party systems, including reservation platforms, CRM systems, help desk platforms, payment systems, messaging providers, and other connected business applications necessary to provide the Service.
Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction involving Adtouch Labs.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where we believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Adtouch Labs, our Customers, consumers, or others.
- Detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity.
- Enforce our Terms of Service or other legal agreements.
With Customer Direction or Consent
We may share information in other circumstances where directed by Customer or where consent has otherwise been obtained as required by applicable law.
Messaging Preferences
Where the Service sends SMS or other electronic communications, standard messaging features, including applicable opt-out mechanisms, may be supported by our communications providers.
Customers agree that Adtouch Labs may send operational communications related to the Service, including implementation updates, billing notices, security alerts, and other service-related messages.
Consumers should follow the instructions provided in applicable communications to manage messaging preferences where supported. Businesses remain responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required by applicable law for communications initiated through the Service.
Role of Adtouch Labs
Adtouch Labs provides technology and operational automation services on behalf of its customers.
Customers determine the applications implemented through the Service, the Customer Data made available to the Service, and the operational workflows and communications executed on their behalf.
Adtouch Labs processes Customer Data solely to provide, operate, support, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data, the communications initiated through the Service, and compliance with applicable privacy, communications, consumer protection, and data protection laws.
Data Security
Adtouch Labs employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Service from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we continually work to protect information entrusted to us, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the Service.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the applications implemented by Customer, Customer instructions, operational requirements, and applicable law.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by businesses and adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the information as appropriate.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Adtouch Labs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The version identified by the Effective Date posted on the Adtouch Labs website supersedes all previous versions.
By continuing to use the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective, you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
Adtouch Labs may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of updates. The current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available on the Adtouch Labs website.
