- A consumer calls or interacts with a phone number connects to our Service

We collect information from businesses that subscribe to the Service and from consumers who interact with the business through our AI system.
1. Information Provided by Businesses
- Account Setup: Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, billing information, and business details such as Viator or TripAdvisor product links.
- Usage Configuration: Information you provide to configure your phone routing, SMS notifications, and preferred delivery of leads or inquiries.
- Communications: Messages, emails, or other communications you send to our support team.
2. Information Collected from Callers (Consumers)
When a consumer calls a business that uses our Service, we may collect:
- Caller Information: Caller's phone number (automatically collected), name (if provided), and any details they share during the call (e.g., booking request, number of guests, preferred date).
- Call and Message Data: Call transcriptions, summaries, and SMS message logs used to provide the Service and deliver leads to the business.
- Booking Details: If the caller requests booking information, the AI assistant may access real-time availability and pricing data through connected APIs (e.g., Viator).
3. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Interaction details such as call time, duration, frequency, and AI response patterns.
- Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, or operating system when accessing the Service dashboard or demo.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, service performance, and user experience improvements.
- AI Analysis Data: As part of processing calls, our system may automatically extract insights such as sentiment, tone, and topic summaries to help businesses understand customer interactions and improve service quality.
4. Information from Third Parties
- Integrated Platforms: When a business connects its Viator account or other booking system to our Service, we receive product and availability data as permitted by those platforms' terms.
- Partners and Affiliates: We may receive business information from referral partners, affiliate programs or integrated resellers.
How We Use Information
We use collected information for purposes including:
- To Provide and Improve the Service: Route calls, process inquiries, deliver lead notifications via SMS and email, provide availability responses, and maintain system performance.
- To Communicate with You: Send setup instructions, service alerts, and support updates.
- To Personalize Business Experiences: Tailor call routing, message templates, and reporting based on your use of the Service.
- To Deliver Leads: Automatically send caller information (name, phone number, and inquiry details) to the business via SMS and/or email after each call.
- To Analyze and Classify Interactions: We use automated tools to analyze calls, transcripts, and messages for purposes such as identifying customer sentiment (e.g., satisfaction or frustration), summarizing the nature of the inquiry, and improve the accuracy and responsiveness of the AI Assistant. This helps businesses prioritize follow-up and deliver better customer service.
- For Legal, Safety, and Compliance: Detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable law.
How We Share Information
We may share information as described below:
- With the Business You Contact: If you call a business using our Service, we share your name (if provided), phone number, and inquiry details with that business so they can follow up.
- With Service Providers: We use vendors, including but not limited to, Twilio and SendGrid and Gmail and Microsoft (customer communication services), Google Cloud and AWS (cloud infrastructure and computing), Microsoft Teams (business productivity and collaboration tools), Stripe (payment and subscription management), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (web application hosting and deployment), Google Analytics (analytics), GitHub (for code repository and version control).
- With Affiliates and Partners: To support integrations with bookings platforms like Viator or other authorized partners.
- In Business Transactions: If Adtouch Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
- With Consent: We may share data for other purposes if you give us permission.
Data Security

- Businesses: Account and billing records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance and support purposes.
- Callers: Call transcripts and lead details are retained only as long as necessary to deliver them to the business and maintain service quality, unless the business requests longer retention.
- We may retain data to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your Rights and Choices
- For Businesses: You can review and update your account details by logging into your dashboard or contacting us at hello@adtouchlabs.com.
- For Consumers: If you've interacted with the Service by phone or SMS, you may contact us to request deletion of your call transcript, subject to the business's legal data retention obligations.
- Communications: You can opt-out of promotional emails or SMS messages by following unsubscribe or opt-out instructions or contacting us. Operational and service-related messages may still be sent.
Consent to Transcription and Messaging
By interacting with a phone number powered by our Service, you consent to the transcription and automated processing of your communications for quality, training, and service purposes. Including analysis of tone, keywords, and sentiment, to summarize your inquiry and deliver relevant follow-up information to the business. You also consent to receive an automated follow-up SMS containing a booking link or confirmation message where applicable.
Children's Policy
Our Service is intended for use by businesses and adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
